insanely busy weekends

yes, i can admit it, the weekends are a bit...crazy, nuts, hectic & fast around here. so much to do. too much to do for only 48 hours. we are taking advantage of the awesome weather and have been building & planting a veg & herb garden. it is in process- everything takes longer than expected due to life..but im thinking that today will be the day to finish!

a little fyi

so this is obviously a new blog and im a new blogger. the purpose of this is to maybe get a little info and share whats going on with me & with my family & life with the world. i know its so exciting! im a new vegan and a mom to three with a carnivorous husband & trying to figure out the best way to feed everyone in a responsible manner! we live as greenly as possible right now and im always up for trying new things. so here it goes.....
